"Rooms were beautiful. Service was non-existent. You had to go a block down to talk to a person. Texting was really your only form of communication, but they did reply quickly. Location was close to the beach, which was really nice, but wasn't in a family-friendly area. Everyone around us smoked weed and stunk up even the separate living room area. The place was clean and beautiful, though."
"I had an amazing stay at Elita, definitely felt secure. Everything was up to my standards except the quality of their poolside amenities and the availability of the office staff. If the office staff was properly equipped and the poolside amenities were updated (lounge chairs are nothing but metal bars) this place would be a 10/10. All in all, hidden gem potential."
